Here's our favourite Easter Nests receipe - we're off to make them later so no pictures yet!
Ingredients
50 g butter / margerine
50g syrup
25g drinking chocolate
Cornflakes
Mini eggs
Method
Melt the butter and syrup in a large saucepan.
Stir in the chocolate powder.
Add the cornflakes to the mixture, stir well using a wooden spoon.
Place the paper cases in a bun tin.
Carefully spoon the mixture into the cases and shape into 'nests'
When cool, top with a few mini eggs.
Store in an air tight container.
