LEA / SEN Tribunal Blog Comments

Following an interview with Lord Adonis on BBC Radio 4's PM programme, discussing the LEA/SEN tribunal system, there was a huge public response on their blog. Lord Adonis insisted that there is no conflict of interest in the fact that LEA's are responsible for both assessing and funding provision for children with special needs. He also applauded the Tribunal system, which he said was completely free for parents, adding that the majority of parents are very happy with the system.
